Accepted abstracts for presentation

Consult the type of presentation of your abstracts in your personal area, in the ABSTRACTS area, after the review process has been completed.

Oral Communications can be presented in person or online. Please check all the instructions for online access here.

Authors registered for the in-person modality must present in person.

Posters do not have to be presented in person. They are displayed in an online room on the platform.

Authors who have registered in person will be able to present their poster in the room.

The templates for presentation files are available below.

Authors presenting an oral presentation in person should bring the presentation file on a flash drive.

Authors presenting an oral communication online must submit the presentation file in their personal area, next to the information of the abstract, in the "Presentation files" tab, by September 25.

Posters and their respective presentation videos, for online participation, must be submitted in the personal area, next to the information on the respective work, in the “Presentation files” tab, by September 25th.

Poster authors who will be attending in person only need to submit the PDF of the poster that will be displayed in the room. This means that only authors participating online need to submit the video presentation along with the PDF of the poster.

> 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
Participants are requested to comply with the time stipulated in order to avoid delays in the programme.

An Individual Oral Communication can be presented by a maximum of two authors. Presentations involving more than 2 persons presenting will not be considered for certification.

If the person who submitted the abstract is not the same person who will present, please inform the organization.
Each person can present up to 3 papers, posters and/or communications (either as author or co-author).

Posters will be displayed in the users' personal area, in the posters session, available soon on the SESSIONS option of the left side menu.

Authors who have registered for in person modality can present at a poster discussion session. The poster will be projected, printing is not necessary. This discussion session will take place exclusively in person and will not be broadcasted online.

Poster authors must submit the poster in PDF format in the conference's personal area, next to the abstract information, in the ‘Presentation files’ tab.

Authors participating online must submit a 5-minute video of their presentation together with their poster in MP4 format.
