Access to Online Sessions

The conference will take place in person, with the possibility of online participation (live).

Some sessions will be broadcasted in real time - check the schedule to know which sessions will be broadcasted online.

Online access is done via the conference website, in each user's personal area, using the email and password created for registration.

Participation implies a valid and complete registration.

To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the conference website.

Click on "Sessions" on the left side menu of your personal area. On the days of the conference you will be shown the list of sessions taking place. Simply choose the session and press the "ENTER" button.

Audio, video and presentation sharing tests

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you do an audio, video and file sharing test beforehand.

To do this, select the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of the congress website.

Click on “Sessions” on the left-hand side of your personal area.

Enter the “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)” session.

The test session will be open all week.

The technical team will be present at the following times:

- September 23 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm;

- September 24th from 10.30am to 12.30pm;

Please note that the times refer to the time zone of mainland Portugal.

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, please note the following requirements:

- Stable internet access;

- Microphone and camera;

- We recommend the use of headphones with a microphone (not compulsory);

- Use of Google Chrome or FireFox;
