Template for Communications

Template Poster

Consult the type of presentation of your abstracts in your personal area, in the ABSTRACTS area, after the review process has been completed.


Communications can be presented in person or online.

Authors registered for the in-person modality must present in person.


Posters do not have to be presented in person. They are displayed in an online room on the platform.

Authors who have registered in person will be able to present their poster in the room.

> 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
Participants are requested to stick to the time stipulated in order to avoid delays in the program.

The presentation of the abstract in Individual Oral Communication format must be presented by a maximum of two authors. Presentations involving more than 2 persons presenting will not be considered for certification.

If the person who submitted the abstract is not the same person who will present, please inform the organization.
Each person can present up to 3 papers, posters and/or communications (either as author or co-author).

Poster authors must submit a 5-minute video presentation in their personal area of the platform + a PDF file of the poster (see template at the top of the page).

Posters will be displayed in the users' personal area, in the virtual poster room.

Authors who have registered in person can present at a poster discussion session, with the poster projected. Printing is not necessary. This discussion session will take place exclusively in person and will not be broadcast online.
