Psychiatrist at CRI Porto Ocidental, a unit dedicated to treating patients with substance and behavioural addictions. She has also specialised in the area of invisible disabilities (autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders in adults). In February 2024 she opened the doors of Clínica do Quinto Andar, a space dedicated to mental health that looks like a house. She is an activist for mental health literacy and neurodiversity.
