From Porto, currently he is In-House Lawyer in Group Salvador Caetano. He graduated in Law the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto. He did his master’s degree in Private Law by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa subordinated to the theme of “The Adoption in the scope of homo-affective parenthood. He took a post-graduation course in Company Law by the Universidade de Coimbra and is currently in conclusion of a post-graduated course called Protection of Personal Data Law. He was a pro bono Lawyer in both the Projeto Criar and CASA (Centro Avançado de Sexualidades e Afetos) Associations. He also was a lecturer in the Family Law area having been a guest speaker in the III Seminary of Family and Children Law organised by the Portuguese Bar Association of the Vila Verde’s delegation as well the I Seminary of of Family and Children Law organised by the Portuguese Bar Association of the Braga’s delegation. He was a guest speaker in the Forum about Prevention of Gender Violence organised by the Projeto Criar Association. He also is co-author of the Best Practices for the Committees for the Protection of Children and Young People Handbook.
