Teresa Sá Marques is Associate Professor in Geography and Director of the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Arts, University of Porto, and Scientific Coordinator of the Centre of Geography and Regional Planning at the same institution. Her research focuses on urban systems, policy and governance; smart cities, urban economy and local development (ITs).
