Sofia Neves has a degree in Psychology (1999) and a PhD on Social Psychology (2005) by the Institute of Education and Psychology of Minho University (Instituto de Educação e Psicologia da Universidade do Minho). She's professor and researcher at ISMAI (Instituto Universitário da Maia) and is also a member of an interdisciplinary center of Gender Studies - Centro Interdisciplinar de Estudos de Género (CIEG, ISCSP/ ULisboa). Sofia Neves has a main interest in her research area, which is the Gender Violence. 

In the present, she's president of "Associação Plano i", and also integrates work groups about Domestic and Gender Violence in the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (Comissão para a Cidadania e Igualdade de Género) as well as the Intervention of the Psychologist with LGBT people on the Portuguese Order of Psychologists (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses).

Constanza Ceruti is an anthropologist and mountain climber who lives in northwest Argentina. After her graduation as an anthropologist at University of Buenos Aires in 1996, she earned her Ph.D. at University of Cuyo (Mendoza) in 2001. She has become a specialist in the fields of high altitude archaeology and the anthropology of sacred mountains.  She is Scientific Investigator of the National Council for the Scientific Research (CONICET) in Argentina and a Professor at the Catholic University of Salta, as well as the founder and Director of the Institute of High Mountain Research at the same University. She is the only female Andean high-altitude archaeologist in the world.

    Ceruti has climbed over 100 mountains above 16,500 feet (5000 meters) within the context of systematic archaeological research. She has been twice on top of Aconcagua (6962 m), the highest mountain in the western hemisphere, and she ascended to the summit of Mt. Pissis (6882 m) one of the two highest volcanoes in the world. She has climbed high peaks in Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Chile and Argentina, as well as in Mexico and Nepal. She is the author of more than one hundred scientific papers and twenty books. 

On the summit of volcano Llullaillaco (22,100 feet), the site of the highest archaeological work ever undertaken, she co-discovered three of the best preserved mummies in the world, together with several gold and silver statues and sumptuary objects of typical Inca style. After coordinating the scientific studies of the mummies and artifacts for six years, Ceruti co-authored a book on Inca Rituals and Sacred Mountains published by the Cotsen Institute of Archaeology at UCLA. 

Her anthropological interest in sacred mountains and world´s religions goes beyond the vast Andean range. She has been to the Nepal Himalayas, India, Thailand, Australia, Polynesia, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Greece, Norway, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Greenland, Canada, Alaska, United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru and Chile. She has lectured extensively and participated in dozens of conferences worldwide.

The University of Buenos Aires awarded her with the Gold Medal. Her mountaineering achievements have been recognized with the Gold Condor, the most important award by the National Army of Argentina, for the first time given to a woman. In 2005 she became an Emerging Explorer of the National Geographic Society. In 2006 she was among the few honorees at the Prince of Asturias Award Ceremony, when the Communication and Humanities Award was given to the National Geographic Society. In 2007 she received the Courage Award from the Wings Worldquest and she was honored as a Distinguished Lecturer in Anthropology at the University of West Georgia (USA). In 2008 she received an award for her Academic Vocation in Buenos Aires. In 2009 she was a TED fellow and invited speaker at the TED global meeting in Oxford (England), as well as a Rising Talent and invited speaker at the Women´s Forum for the Economy and Society in Deauville (France). In 2010 she was honored among the most outstanding women in Salta. In 2011 she was honored by authorities in the Basque Country and she lectured at the University of Harvard. In 2014 she received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities at the Moravian College in Pennsylvania. In 2017 she was awarded the Gold Medal of the International Society of Woman Geographers.

Cyntia de Paula as a degree in Psychology by Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso do Sul – Brazil, and a master degree in Community Psychology by ISPA – Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada.

She is a community psychologist on the immigrants association "Casa do Brasil de Lisboa", where she works in the psychosocial care of migrants, on the orientation and guidance office. She's also the coordinator of the project "Acolhida" and mediator on the group with the same name, a group for sharing migration experiences. She's co-author of several projects on the area of migrants integration in Portugal, and nominee of the association in many platforms. 

In the past, she worked in UMAR (União de Mulheres Alternativa e Resposta), as pedagogical coordinator and  technician in the project " "Laboratório para a Igualdade através do Teatro Fórum”. 

She is an activist for the migrants rights and feminist.

Djarga Seidi is an agronomic engineer who studied at the Tecnological Institute of Prodution and Animal Health of  Sidi Bel-Abbés, Algeria -1979. He is postgraduate in Partnership Project Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, and has a course on Adapted Management and Participation on Peasant Organizations (OAPa), Munich, Germany. 

In 2012 was elected nominee of immigrant Community on the Commission for Equality and Against Racial Discrimination (CICDR), led by ACIDI. He also was member of an work group on Female Genital Mutilation, led by CIG (Comission for gender equality), and member of advisory board of Lusophone movement (MIL). 

Djarga Seidi is the founding member of Lusophone movement of CPLP at diaspora, which counts with the presence of CPLP Associations nominees and the Federation of Guinea-Bissau associations. 

In this moment, he is president of Balodiren, a solidarity association which supports the Guinea community.

She was co-host at the program Café da Manhã at RFM. Since October 2012 until she got pregnant, she co-hosted and co-produced the program "ProGama da Joana", at Mega Hits radio. Besides host and producer, Joana Gama was also responsible for the creation and adaptation of special publicitary actions for radio and copywritter. 

She has been colaborating with SIC Radical as presenter and reporter and also was stand-up comedian.

Joana Pestana Lages graduated in Architecture in 2003 by the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon (FAUL). She made an Internship with Willy Müller Architects (Barcelona) and another one at the Promontório Arquitectos (Lisbon). Joana Lages has collaborated as an architect with dRMM Architects (London) and with the architect Renzo Piano (Genoa).
When she returns to Lisbon, she finished the Master degree in Architecture and latter, she started her PhD in Urbanism, also in FAUL, about researching projects and policies of urban intervention in self-produced urban areas. Since 2012, she has a research scholarship at FCT, and her main interests are related to the dwelling rights, justice of the public space, urban growth and the emergence of new urban ways of life.

João Carlos Callixto (Lisbon, 1977). Music Researcher and Author of Radio and TV programs. Collaborator of music and literary magazines since 1996, he has written books on music and notes for re-releases of many historical Portuguese music records. In 2007, he co-curated an exhibition on Portuguese Music from 1960 to 1980, which took place in Lisbon’s Music Museum. In 2010, he wrote several entries for the Encyclopaedia of Music in Portugal in the 20th Century, a 4-volume work in which he was also responsible for the discographic research. He is the co-author and one of the main coordinators of a TV documentary series in 26 episodes about the History of Portuguese Popular Music, nominated for the 2012 Authors Award (SPA, Portuguese Authors’ Society). He was a member of the Portuguese jury for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 and he was a resident juror for the RTP Song Contest 2017, which would lead to Portugal's victory in that year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Lia Paula Nogueira Sousa Fernandes is the principal investigator of the GeriMHealth group of CINTESIS. She is a Psychiatrist, with Geriatric Competency certified by the Order of Doctors (member of the Board of the Geriatric Competency since 2021), a Psychiatrist Senior Graduate Assistant in the Clinic of Psychiatry and Mental Health (in charge of Gerontopsychiatry) of University Hospital Center of São João of Porto, and Family Therapist. As a Member of the Executive Council of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), she also integrates the Board of that institution. At the academic level, she is an Associate Professor with Aggregation and she is responsible for the Psychiatry and Mental Health curricular unit (Clinical Practice) of the 6th year of the Integrated Master in Medicine. She is the Director of the Master’s Degree in Psychiatry and Mental Health, as well as Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Clinical Geriatrics at FMUP. In addition, she collaborated as head of the area of Mental Health in the Elderly area of the Doctoral Program in Gerontology and Geriatrics at the University of Porto/University of Aveiro. She also teaches at other Universities. Her vast curriculum includes the membership in several national and international associations and scientific societies, namely International Psychogeriatric Association/IPA (Board of Directors 2011-14/2020-22 and Expert Advisory Council since 2014); European Association of Geriatric Psychiatry/EAGP (Board since 2018); Portuguese Association of Gerontopsychiatry/APG (President 2010-13); Dementia Cerebral Aging Group Study/GEECD (Board of Directors 2008-10); Portuguese Society for Geriatrics and Gerontology/SPGG (Scientific Board since 2012); Portuguese Society of Family Therapy/SPTF (National Board 1997-00 and 2000-03); International Family Therapy Association/IFTA (Board of Directors 2009-12 and 2012-15). She is the Clinical Director of the Northern Branch of the Association of Support to Depressive and Bipolar Patients (ADEB). She is also a member of the international network INTERDEM – Early, Timely, and Quality Psychosocial Interventions in Dementia and Porto4Ageing – Oporto Excellence Centre On Active and Healthy Aging since 2016. She has authored several books, chapters, and scientific papers, which have been published in leading journals in her field of research.

On RTP1 she hosted the program "Espelho Meu", and on Sport TV+, she's responsable for the image of the information pivots, work which she also made on BolaTv, where she's still coraborating on weekends. 

Besides that, she's the director of Fashion Studio and gives training on several institutions in Portugal, Angola and Brasil. Sandrina Francisco is fashion consultant for many companies like Grupo L‘Oréal, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Grupo Brodheim, Century 21, McDonalds, Clinica Em forma, MyMoment among others. 

She works with the Union of Exporters of CPLP and makes creative direction of some national brands. She frequently organize activities in areas like fashion, luxury and bussiness; and she's also ambassador of Lev-pt and Mesauda Milano.

Sara Falcão Casaca is Associate Professor at Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, University of Lisbon (ISEG-ULisboa) and researcher at Centro de Investigação em Sociologia Económica e das Organizações (SOCIUS-CSG), where she coordinates the research line in Labor, Employment, Gender and Organizations. Her investigation, fundamentally related with Sociology of Work and Gender Relations, has been focused on some main topics: labour and work time flexibility; gender inequalities on work; gender, lidership and decision-making on economic sphere and articulation between work and family. She's also Professor on Universidade Aberta, with participation on the Master Degree on Women Studies. Sara Casaca coordinated the Research Network - Gender Relations in the Labour Market and the Welfare State, of European Sociological Association (ESA), between 2005 and 2010. Besides that, she integrated the group of high level in Mainstreaming of Gender in EU, the board of European institute for Gender Equality (EIGE - Vilnius - European Union agency) and the Social and Economics Council (CES) in 2010. She was President of CIG - Comissão para a Cidadania e Igualdade de Género (presidency of Ministers Council) in 2010. She recently coordinated the project "Igualdade de Género nas Empresas" (Program PT07 Integration of Gender Equality and Promotion of the balance on Work and private life /EEA Grants).

She also take part of the management committee of Cost Action IS1409: Gender and Health impacts of Policies Extending Working Life in Western Countries, and of Scientific Committee of RN14 - Research Network in Gender Relation in the Labour Market and the Welfare State, da ESA - European Sociological Association. She integrates the Tecnical-Scientific Group of Advisory Board of CIG - Comissão para a Cidadania e Igualdade de Género, as an expert in women rights, gender equality and citizenship. Sara Falcão Casaca collaborates with OIT (Organização Internacional do Trabalho/International Labour Organization); with Centro Internacional de Formação, in the areas of Gender and Organizational Changing. She has been collaborating as an expert in Gender Equality with the official mechanisms for Equality and national agencies, european and international.
