Teresa Morais has a degree in Law, and joined the Magistrature of the Public Ministry in 1992, where she works as federal attorney and coordinator of the 1st and 10th seccions of DIAP Porto, specialized in organised crime and violence, as well as domestic violence, mistreatment and sexual offences.
She also coordinates the project "Um passo Mais", related with domestic violence crimes and mistreatments.
She has been participating in several conferences and trainings about this kind of crimes, as well as organised crimes.
